Aaron writes, performs and produces each track in this catalog, recording all the instruments, steel pan, guitar, bass, keyboards and synths, in his studio, where he also mixes and masters the music.
The steel pan and instruments you hear are acoustic and played by hand, rather than sampled or digitally generated. This is especially important with an instrument as distinct as the steel drum. It's the same sound Aaron brings to stages across South Florida every week, and a sound he loves building on with other artists.
Producing each instrument himself is Aaron in his natural element. He grew up in his dad's reggae and soca band, Mentos and The New Horizon Band. His dad always had him picking up new instruments that were lying around from the band's weekly rehearsal sessions in the family basement. The steel pan, the guitar, the bass and the keys were the ones that stuck the most.
Licensing & Collaborations
These recordings are available for licensing in film, television, advertising and brand projects. Because Aaron owns both the master and the publishing outright, with no co-writers and no splits, a track clears with a single agreement. Stems, instrumentals, custom edits and cut-downs are available on request, and the catalog naturally fits stories set anywhere warm: travel, coastal scenes, documentary, food and lifestyle.
Aaron loves collaborating with artists and producers in the music industry. He works as a producer while also providing steel pan and production for recording artist collaboration (remote or in person), features, co-writes, and custom composition written to picture.
